So, I have finally received the much-coveted Target Beauty Bag! It took a lot of effort and patience to get this bag, because for some reason the request page on Target's Facebook page was down for awhile.
Inside the bag was:

The coupon booklet has some amazing deals, too, and the whole thing comes in a cute padded makeup bag. I am so glad I got ahold of this!
